Aiman Azam of Roar Hair and Beauty drew the inspiration for his latest creation from the space between the ocean to the vibrant sand. To create the collection he states “I started off brainstorming with a mood board to collate ideas of tones and themes. Once I fully understood the concept I was going for, I started to practice on a sally head. How To Get The Look: Beachy Vibes
- Once I perfected the concept and saw the results and colour blend (I practiced a few times, ensuring I corrected my mistakes and touched up on the little details), I then found the perfect model with an initial haircut that was too refined.
- When creating the look, I wanted a messy texture that allowed the tones and concepts to be portrayed. I started by cutting the heavier fringe with dimensions.
- After the cut, I coloured the hair to the perfect standard taking into account the positives from the sally heads and perfecting the blend.
- I ensured to use deeper blues melting into lighter blues, along with copper-toned colours to incorporate the sunset sand vibe to tie in with the beach theme.
- The addition of icy blonde tones was used to signify the different tones of blue throughout and create the finished vibe.
