The makeup trends seen walking up and down the runway this year have been stopping us in our tracks. With powerful colors, creative use of products and placement and updating modern classics, we can’t wait to see these styles trickle down to the street. Jewels at Kate Spade
Just as we’ve seen the addition of jeweled accents and nude shades to nails, this is exactly what we saw at Kate Spade. On a bare palette, jewels were placed to create a dash of sparkle to make a statement.
Black & Glitter
Alice and Olivia brought us back to the 90s with a thick swipe of black eyeliner. However, they modernized the look by adding black sparkle, giving us the perfect smokey eye!
Navy Hued Lips
Self-Portrait got matchy-matchy on the runway by alternating between navy lips and nails, and nude lips and nails. On the lips, they mixed a berry and a deep navy to create a grunge-worthy ombré.
Gilded Eyes
Ulla Johnson unveiled the most magnificent gold dusted eyes this season. Created by makeup artist Romy Soleimani, gold leaf was perfectly placed on natural looking skin with a rosy pout. We are in love with this look and can’t wait to try this one out for a special occasion!
