Step 1: Apply Wella Professionals Koleston Perfect 5/05 + 6% at the roots. Section off your two front triangles and a top triangle and work the color in on a diagonal angle. Apply your root color and melt into your mid-lengths and ends shades. For a natural looking gradience stagger the size of your root color. This will give a gradience with a lived-in feel.
Step 2: Apply Koleston Perfect 7/05 + 9% to the mid-lengths and 9/05 + 12% on the ends, using your brush to apply and fingers to blend each section. Applying your shade with a tint brush and further blending your shade with your fingers will help to smooth the transitions.

- B: 20g 8/73 + 40g 4%
- C: 15g 8/05 + 5g 8/43 + 40g 4%
Using large sections, apply alternate formulas of A, B & C through the lengths and ends. Using fingers or your tint brush to blend the root color into the ends color for a seamless finish.
Step 3: In the last 5 minutes of development, comb all the colors together, from root to tip for a seamless Color Touch Melt.
