Please join us in congratulating Sean Godard and Brayden Pelletier as they step into their new roles as Redken Global Director of Artistic Development, Color and Redken Global Director of Artistic Development, Design, respectively. They’ll be working alongside the legendary Sam Villa, who will continue as our Artistic Global Ambassador, supporting Sean and Brayden in shaping the future of Redken Education across the globe.

Sam Villa – Redken Global Artistic Ambassador
Sam Villa continues to inspire and revolutionize the way hairdressers learn and grow. As a passionate educator, Sam connects with stylists through hands-on training, high-energy main stage presentations, and a robust social media presence. His accolades are a testament to his dedication: 2020 International Influencer of the Year, 2021 NAHA Educator of the Year, and 2017 NAHA Lifetime Achievement Award. Sam is committed to empowering stylists, both behind the chair and in business, pushing them to unlock their full potential.
Sean Godard – Redken Global Director of Artistic Development, Color
Sean Godard is a celebrated colorist with over 18 years of experience in the Redken family. Based in Brooklyn, NY, he is a 3-time NAHA winner (2019 Team of the Year, 2022, and 2024 Hair Colorist of the Year) and a regular editorial colorist. His work has graced the pages of top fashion magazines and ad campaigns for Redken and Ulta Beauty. Sean has also worked with high-profile celebrity clients, including Emma Stone and Lindsay Lohan. With his extensive experience and creativity, Sean will continue to push the boundaries of color and artistic expression.
Brayden Pelletier – Redken Global Director of Artistic Development, Design
A renowned stylist, educator, and the founder of Just B Hair Salon in Atlanta, Brayden Pelletier is known for his visionary approach to design. A Global Redken Artist, Brayden has taught around the world, including major cities like Berlin, London, and Paris. His work on New York Fashion Week and for brands like Marc Jacobs and Prada has cemented his reputation as one of the top designers in the industry. A winner of numerous international awards, Brayden’s recent accomplishment as 2024 NAHA Master Hairstylist of the Year is just the latest in his storied career.
