The Shades EQ Gloss Boss Awards is all about highlighting the latest blonde hair color trends created with Shades EQ. This contest gives stylists the ability to be featured and your work to be seen by thousands of other stylists. If selected, your work will be featured on SalonCentric Store merchandising, the @Redken Instagram and more! In addition to this, five finalists will win a ticket to Redken Symposium On Tour with a chance to be featured on stage.

How To Enter The Gloss Boss Awards:
Step 1: Follow @Redken & Choose Your Post
Make sure you're following @redken on Instagram. Then, upload a new blonde look (color level 7-10) that you have created using Shades EQ to your public Instagram profile. Additionally, you can find an existing Shades EQ blonde look that you have uploaded to your Instagram as long as old posts follow the contest’s eligibility guidelines.
Step 2: Tag During January (1/1/2024-1/31/2024)
To enter the contest, stylists will need to use the contest hashtags #Redken_Contest AND #ShadesEQ2024Contest in one of your new and/or existing Shades EQ blonde look posts on Instagram to submit their entries to the contest. Stylists, you have from January 1st to January 31st 2024 to tag your posts.
Step 3: Winners Announced in March
Winners will be notified via Instagram DM and will be featured by Redken online and in Stores in May. 5 lucky finalists will also win a ticket to the Redken Symposium, with the chance to be featured on-stage and meet with Redken Ambassadors!
