This fall, Wella Professionals held the first Project The Now challenge challenge, which challenged artists to create a unique color blocking hair color transformation for the chance to win. Wella Professionals has officially announced Jesica Mesa as the Project The Now winner, which mean’s she’ll receive $2,500 to upgrade their salon to the NOW, a digital or in-studio education credit valued at $2,500 and $250 Wellastore shopping spree. Her winning look will also become a Wella-branded technique that will be taught to Global Wella stylists in partnership with the winning stylist!

In addition to winning the first-ever Project The Now challenge, Jesica has also been recognized in BTC’s #ONESHOT Hair Awards Top 25 and 100 for Overall Haircut and Color Transformation.

In addition to Jesica, Wella Professionals also chose two runner-up winners, Katya Averina and Stephanie Walker, who will both receive $1,000 each to upgrade their salon to the NOW and a digital or in-studio education credit valued at $1,000.
