From industry shows, seminars and workshops across all 5 continents to hair extravaganza Gala evenings around the world such as Ssh Australia, the L’Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy Grand Finals 2009 and 2015; Vision; Hair Expo and Mondial Coiffure Beauté, Jason & India are considered two of the UK’s most influential hair designers. Their stimulating and imaginative hairdressing and photographic works are recognised worldwide as having a consistent quality, elegance and creative style that continually influences audiences around the globe. From Europe to America, South Africa to Korea, the Middle East and Asia, they spearhead the talented Charlie Miller Artistic Team whose depth of expertise dates back to 1976. Holder of numerous industry honours including a place in the British Hairdressing Awards’ ‘Hall of Fame’ in recognition of winning ‘Scottish Hairdresser of the Year’ three times, they have also won ‘Newcomer of the Year’ and received the AIPP ‘Grand Trophy’ and ‘Best Avant-Garde Fashion Collection’.
Session work includes amongst many others ‘heading the looks’ at the MTV Europe Music Awards for the past 12 years as well as commissioned work for the Financial Times ‘How to Spend it Magazine’ and with L’Oréal Professionnel for top glossy magazines such as Vogue. As Honorary Ambassador for Shu Uemura Art of Hair UK, India also works closely with the brand on photo shoots, product launches and education as well as the Muse Image Awards.
