As the Owner of Designs by Terry, a Redken Artist and a Tears Sheets Editorial stylist these accomplishments have given me a bit more credibility when it comes to talking about my experiences and how i can relate to stylists in general. People tend to relate to those who you know have been there as opposed to those who are not in the industry but believe they know what is best for someone that is. I always knew Education was the key to self actualization and 30+ years in this industry has allowed me to help countless others to reach their potential in what their passions are. Redken and Tear Sheets has helped unlock inspiration i never knew i had and further inspire others. I truly believe if not for them i would have never have had the courage to put myself and my work out there for all to see.
