Ashley Lemaster has been in the industry since 2008. Her work has also been featured on @AmericanSalon, @Redken, @coloristmagazine and SD Voyager. She attributes this success to her perseverance, passion and obsession with the industry. Ashley believes education is essential to staying inspired and current with new trends and techniques. She is always finding inspiration for new ways to enhance the natural beauty of her guests. As important as it is to understanding the principals and rules of hair coloring she also believes it is equally as important to know how to color outside the lines. This is what led her to join Redken as an educator in 2016. Over the last few years as an educator, Ashley moved to NYC from her hometown in San Diego to be the NYC Regional Redken Educator. She has helped many stylists be able to find what inspires them and help them grow their business in ways they didn't think was possible. She brings extensive knowledge in Blonding Techniques inspired from her love of California. She is 1 of 11 Redken Artists to be apart of the Redken Styling Society. Ashley has a unique style to her teaching which is relatable to every level of stylist and inspires them to remember why they chose this industry.
