How to Use
LIGHTINSIDER can be used for both on-scalp and off-scalp applications with 3 oz. COLORINSIDER Oil-Cream Developer.
LIGHTINSIDER Mixing:
STEP 1 : Shake powder sachet to loosen contents. Open booster powder sachet and carefully pour entire contents (1 oz.) into a non-metallic bowl.
STEP 2: Slowly add 3 oz. 10V, 20V or 30V COLORINSIDER Oil-Cream Developer. Mix until blended.
STEP 3:Add tube (1 oz.) of Lightening Conditioner Cream and mix again of COLORINSIDER Oil-Cream Developer
